This is a contract role onsite in Beaverton, OR. Duties MayInclude:
·Build strategies andplans for readiness and adoption measurement, reinforcement
·Help stand up, track,and report on adoption measures for select programs
·Independently driveforward mini-projects meant to temporarily shore up TM gaps on largeinitiatives
·Scope TM needs on largeprograms and recommend a TM approach to fill the gap
·Build concise andvisually clean PowerPoint decks to communicate problem statements and proposedsolutions
·Work with stakeholdersto align on adoption plans andmeasurements
Requirements
Skills andExperience We Are Looking For:
·Experience deliveringchange management / transition management on large, cross-functional programsrequired
·Experience with adoptionmeasurement, behavioral nudging, and adoption strategies highly preferred
· Change ManagementMethodology certification (e.g. PROSCI) preferred
·Familiarity with changeportfolio management preferred (i.e. how to deliver change management effectivelyacross a portfolio of projects/programs)
·Familiarity with changemanagement / transition management on both agile and waterfall programspreferred
